On the 23rd February we held our virtual event ‘The ‘T’ in LGBTQ+ ‘ with the IAA’s Daniel Philip and Marsha Jackson and our amazing panellists Tabby Lamb (tabbylamb.com) and Jen Ives (www.jenives.net). The event explored how we as an industry can do a better job of driving transgender representation in marketing and advertising – both in who we hire and how we show diversity in the advertising we create.
