Why did you get involved with the IAA ELC?
“When the committee approached me about joining them I was very happy to be part of the team that organizes PAC and other ELC events. For me, PAC was one of the most important factors in my development within the industry and helped me gain a lot of confidence and insights which I wanted to pass on to other Emerging Leaders.”
What’s the best thing about the ELC?
“Meeting lots of people from other sales companies and agencies, as it’s a great way to network and learn from others. Also, listening to others’ perspectives is a great way to think about events in a different way.”
What advice would you give to someone wanting to join the committee?
“Get stuck in. We all work together to create fun events for the Emerging Leaders in the industry, so we are always looking for new ideas, so don’t be afraid to speak up!”
How are you finding your time on the committee?
“Of course I am loving it! I have met some amazing people who are supportive, taught me a lot and of course are lots of fun.”
