Why did you get involved with the IAA ELC?
“I loved PAC, it was an amazing experience, and before PAC was finished I knew I wanted to be part of it over and over again. I saw the good vibes and the hard work the committee carries and I felt being part of it could be great for me and could support the team with fresh ideas and work.”
What’s the best thing about the ELC?
“Teamwork, enjoying working with a variety of people from different companies.”
What advice would you give to someone wanting to join the committee?
“To fully embrace the experience as it comes, bringing an open mind and respecting everyone’s ideas and beliefs.”
