Our flagship event for emerging industry talent. Targeting those with up to c. 6 years in the industry.
Always hugely well attended event. Why? Because it brings together some of the industry’s most notable figures as Mentors, to offer their invaluable guidance to the next generation of leaders. (Mentors are all C suite execs).
This is a serious event with a fun twist – in a fast-paced hour and a half of conversation, attendees certainly maximise exposure to some great minds from the industry.
Mentees have been known to ask some tricky questions:
- How to best manage internal and external relationships remotely
- How to stay disciplined and demonstrate the value they bring to their team
- Tips on finding the next role, networking, reaching out
- Growing their personal brand
- Forging the career they want
