On 30th March 2021, we held our second event in collaboration with Genius Within, psychology lead, Charlie Ekton, and business psychologist, Uzma Waseem, who spoke to us about the importance of neurodiversity and intersectionality. They explored the double disadvantage of intersectionality, and how we can avoid further disadvantages and encourage new communities into the industry.
