IAA UPLIFT WORKSHOP SERIES

During May & June 2025, we held our first ever IAA UPLIFT workshop series, focused on helping the young talent in our industry to strengthen their soft skills.
This series was single mindedly focused to help attendees master the skills that technical training doesn’t cover:
✅ Presentation skills: how to “master the stage”
✅ Leadership & peer management: the art of connection & how to navigate relationships
✅ Personal branding: how to craft a personal brand based on your authentic self
✅ Unlocking your leadership potential: how to grow your emotional IQ, adopt a growth mindset, master active listening and embrace change.
It was aimed at:
- Early career professionals in media, advertising, marketing and communications
- Those looking to sharpen their soft skills and grow in their role
- Future leaders who want to stand out and succeed
More about IAA UPLIFT? 💡
We designed IAA UPLIFT as a four-part series intended to be taken as a whole. Each module was built on the last, so to get the full benefit, delegates were required to attend all four sessions.
We also built this on the principle of night school, with a dose of networking included to help young people forge collaborative relationships – with food and drinks provided by us.
Each session had several experts to guide the cohort with tips, advice and answer burning questions.
Over 50 people made up the 2025 cohort.
