We explored recruiting and retaining Gen Z, how to set a desirable company culture in a hybrid working era and the importance of delivering a cohesive experience across employee, brand and product.

Moderated by the brilliant Rahmon Agbaje, co-Founder of Loud Parade, Cannes 2023 juror and member of Forbes 30 Under 30.
